There is no physical shipping, courier, or delivery of tangible goods.
2. Delivery Method
Once a Seller completes an Order, deliverables are provided through electronic means only, including:
- Upload via the Order Page on piZiste
- Secure download links
- Files shared within the piZiste platform
⚠️ Delivery must occur within the piZiste platform.
Off-platform delivery is discouraged and not protected under piZiste policies.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery timelines are determined by the Seller and displayed on the Service page
- Timelines vary based on service complexity and scope
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing delivery timelines before placing an Order
If delays occur, Buyers may use the Resolution Center or contact Customer Support.

- Cancellation eligibility depends on Order status and compliance with platform rules
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the approved refund method and timelines

- Upon full payment, Buyers generally receive ownership of intellectual property rights in the delivered work, unless stated otherwise on the Service page

- Redistribution, resale, or reuse beyond agreed terms may violate copyright laws
