piZiste Refunds
While any refund process may seem daunting at first, we want to assure you that we are here to make your refund process as easy and seamless as possible, no matter the reason for the refund. Please see all refund details below.
Cancelled orders and refunds
If your order was cancelled, the funds will be refunded to you in the same method you have made the payment within 7 to 10 working days.
You will receive your refund by deducting 5% Service Fee on the same source within 7 to 10 working days.
Direct refund timeline
Once a refund is initiated, the refund will take different amounts of time to reflect depending on which method you have made a payment to buy your service.
Credit Card
Refunds made to Credit Cards take slightly longer due to the card issuer’s processing time. Usually, credit card refunds are completed within 7 to 10 days of the request being processed by Customer Support. However, in extreme cases, it can take up to two weeks.

Refunds to a different card or PayPal account
At the moment, we are only able to refund the funds to the original payment source used to process the payment. piZiste is not able to change the card or PayPal account to where the funds will be credited.
Wallet System
piZiste also have the wallet system if you would like to receive your amount in your piZiste wallet so that you can buy another service using that wallet balance so we can provide your refund in your wallet, but this a optional thing you will only receive refund in your wallet if you have asked for it.
Do I Get Service Charge Refund?
The 5% Service Fee you pay while buying Digital Freelance Service is not refundable. You will receive your refund by deducting the 5% Service Fee.
