We understand that refunds can be confusing, and we aim to make the process as simple, transparent, and fair as possible. Please review the refund details below.
Cancelled Orders & Refunds
If your order is cancelled in accordance with piZiste’s Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms, you are eligible for a refund.
Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout

piZiste does not refund to a different card, UPI ID, or bank account
Service Fee Policy

piZiste charges a 5% Service Fee at the time of purchase

Service Fees are non-refundable

In case of a refund, the refunded amount will be net of the 5% Service Fee
📌 Example:
If you paid ₹1,000 + ₹50 (service fee), the refund amount will be ₹1,000 – ₹50 = ₹950
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved and initiated by piZiste:
Credit / Debit Card Refunds

In rare cases, it may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank
UPI / Bank-linked Payments

Usually processed within 3–7 working days

Timelines may vary based on the bank or payment provider
⚠️ Refund timelines are controlled by banks and payment partners. piZiste does not control the exact credit date.
piZiste Wallet (Optional)
piZiste also offers a wallet balance option:

You may request to receive your refund into your piZiste Wallet

Wallet refunds are processed faster and can be used to purchase another service on piZiste

Wallet refunds are optional and applied only if you explicitly request it
Important Notes

Refunds are processed only after order cancellation approval

Refunds cannot be split between wallet and original payment method

Once a refund is initiated, it cannot be reversed

Refund eligibility depends on order status and compliance with piZiste policies
